• founded in 2001 by a number of team members with an extensive experience in corporate finance and M&A 
• the aim is to fill the void for support of European cross border M&A for
  small and mid sized entreprised (20 - 400 fte)
• International experience of professionals from 18 countries
• Flexible and pragmatic internal co-operation
